GLIA-CTN COVID-19 Town Hall

Jun 10, 2020 | General News

The GLIA-CTN Executive Committee is excited to announce an upcoming COVID-19 Town Hall intended to explore how and what to communicate with leukodystrophy patients and families during the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency. The meeting will be hosted by Dr. Al Freedman, PhD of Freedman Counseling Associates in West Chester, PA. Dr. Freedman is a licensed clinical psychologist with decades of experience working with families caring for medically-complex loved ones.

We would also love to learn more about the messages and resources your organization has already shared with your patient communities during these challenging few months, and we encourage you to share comments with our Advocacy and Communications Liaison, Julia Kramer-Golinkoff, MSPH, as we prepare for the meeting. Julia can be reached at kramergolj@email.chop.edu.

The GLIA-CTN COVID-19 Town Hall will be hosted virtually on Monday, June 15 at 6:00 PM EDT. You simply need a phone or a computer to participate. No registration is necessary, and you will simply need to click the button below to join the meeting at the aforementioned start time.
